This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered voicemail service.

4. Payment Information

We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how they process your payment data. Please note:Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "WEBMAX LABS" (our parent company name).

5. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

5.1 What We Collect for Text Messages

When you opt in to text messages from Secret Agent Voicemail, we collect and store:

• Your mobile phone number
• A record of your consent, including the date and time you opted in
• Your opt-out, if you reply STOP or turn text messages off

5.2 How We Use It

We use your mobile number only to send the text messages you asked for: summaries of calls and voicemails your agent answered, forwarded text notifications, account notices, and messages you ask your agent to send by voice. We use your consent record to show that you opted in and to honor opt-outs. We do not use your mobile number for marketing.

5.3 Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as the telecommunications provider that delivers our messages, is permitted only to deliver the service you requested. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5.4 Opting Out of SMS

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
• Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings
• Contacting us at support@secretagentvoicemail.ai

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

5.5 Consent

By enabling SMS notifications in your account settings and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Secret Agent Voicemail at the number provided. A contact a subscriber invites to texts opts in separately, on our text updates page or by texting YES to that subscriber's Secret Agent number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in providing our services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, telephony providers for SMS/voice services)
• AI Processing Partners: To transcribe and process voicemail content
• Advertising Measurement Partners: Google Analytics and Meta, limited to the page and event data described in section 7. We never share your phone number, email address, contacts, messages, or text messaging opt-in data with them.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Emergency Services: When you activate emergency features that require contact with third parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See section 5.3.

7. Advertising Measurement

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, together with Meta's Conversions API, to measure which ads and pages lead to signups. This helps us understand what is working so we can spend our advertising budget more effectively.

What we send to these services:

• Which pages you visit on our site
• Signup, checkout, trial start and purchase events
• Your IP address and browser user agent
• Meta cookie identifiers (used to match your visit to an ad click)

We never send your email address, phone number, name, contacts, voicemails, messages, or Google Calendar data to advertisers.

We also set a first-party cookie called sav_attr, which records how you first found us (for example, which ad or link you clicked). This cookie stays on our own domain and is not shared with Google or Meta. When you sign up, its contents are saved to your account.

When you start checkout, the Meta cookie identifiers, your IP address and your browser user agent are stored with our payment processor so the trial or purchase can be attributed.

To opt out, you can adjust your ad settings in your browser, use your browser's ad blocking or tracking protection features, or manage your ad preferences directly through Meta's ad settings.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication and access controls
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• Limited employee access to personal data

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information and voicemail data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

• Revoke Google Calendar integration permissions

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

13. International Users

If you are accessing our service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
